Keduanya bersepakat untuk melakukan sinergi layanan\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">internet of things (IOT) devices<\/em>\u00a0melalui penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (memorandum of understanding\/MOU) yang digelar di hadapan Deputi Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Bidang Pertambangan, Industri Strategis, dan Media (PISM) Fajar Harry Sampurno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">\u201cTujuan besarnya untuk mendapatkan efisiensi dan pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan melalui kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan,\u201d ungkap Direktur Utama PT INTI (Persero) Darman Mappangara, usai penandatanganan MOU, pada Indonesia Business and Development (IBD) Expo 2017 yang dibuka langsung oleh Presiden Joko Widodo, di Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Rabu (20\/09).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">MOU yang ditandatangani Direktur Utama INTI Darman Mappangara serta Direktur Consumer Services TELKOM Dian Rachmawan ini merupakan langkah awal peningkatan sinergi kedua belah\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">melalui pemanfaatan\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">kompetensi<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">, potensi, dan sumber daya yang dimiliki<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0masing-masing\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">pihak\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">dalam rangka<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">sinergi IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">. Rencananya, kerja sama akan mencakup sinergi penyediaan dan penggunaan IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices<\/em>, tapi tidak terbatas pada Smart KTP Reader, Peralatan Navigasi Sipil, Smart Meeting, Smart Meter, System Control Unit, IP PBX, serta\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">fiber optic and accessories<\/em>\u00a0sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Selain itu, kedua belah pihak menyepakati\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">sinergi\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">pemasaran IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices\u00a0<\/em>dalam bentuk jual lepas, investasi atau\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">managed services,\u00a0<\/em>serta bentuk lainnya yang disepakati oleh kedua pelat merah ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Pembagian tugas keduanya meliputi,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">INTI<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Pengembangan dan produksi IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices,\u00a0<\/em>tapi tidak terbatas pada Smart KTP Reader, Peralatan Navigasi Sipil, Smart Meeting, Smart Meter, System Control Unit, IP PBX serta fiber optic and accessories sesuai kebutuhan pasar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Penyediaan IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices\u00a0<\/em>pada TELKOM Group ataupun di luar TELKOM Group melalui PT PINS Indonesia. Untuk penyediaan Smart KTP Reader oleh PT PINS Indonesia kepada TELKOM Group diberikan dengan hak eksklusif. Sementara penyediaan IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices\u00a0<\/em>di luar TELKOM Group diberikan kemungkinan untuk bersifat eksklusif apabila hal tersebut dimungkinkan dan layak berdasarkan berdasarkan kajian masing-masing pihak.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">TELKOM<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Pemasaran produk dan hasil pengembangan IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices<\/em>\u00a0INTI pada kastemer atau pasar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Pendistribusian, pemasaran, serta penjualan hasil pengembangan dan produksi IoT\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices<\/em>\u00a0INTI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Pengembangan solusi atau integrasi\/konfigurasi atas hasil pengembangan dan produksi\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">IoT<\/em>\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">devices<\/em>\u00a0INTI, tapi tidak terbatas pada Smart KTP Reader, Peralatan Navigasi Sipil, Smart Meeting, Smart Meter, System Control Unit, IP PBX, serta\u00a0<em style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">fiber optic and accessories<\/em>.
